nothing much

Well here is my blog for today. I'm kinda bored, as evident by this pathetic blog. Hmmmmmmm. Today was very long. We should have been out of school a week ago. It's torture to make us come here still. It should be optional. That would be real nice. Ummmm. It's slightly chilly in here. My nose is all stuffy from my stupid allergies. I'm wearing blue shoes. And there's only 1 hour left of class, but it seems like eternity.

who should be banned

Well about two days ago, England released a list of people who have been banned from their country. If I could choose who would be banned from entering the US, then every single person who has entered this country illegally should be banned. To me it seems the current government's laws about what to do with illegal aliens are too lenient. I believe that they should be deported back to their original country immediately. Any other citizen who doesn't follow the law is punished. Illegal aliens have broken our laws by coming here without permission and need to leave.

hate crime laws

On May 5, the U.S. House of Representitatives passed a bill protecting pedophiles under hate crimes, but not veterans. I personally think this is one of the lowest moves they could have made. People who are labeled pedophiles probably deserve any crimes comitted against them because of the hideous acts they have comitted. They made their choice and I feel no pity for them. Veterans however have served this country time and time again. They have sacrificed their life and should be treated with the utmost respect. If anyone has a problem with the reasons they were fighting the war, they should take it up with the country's leadership at that time, not with the people just carrying out orders.

1 change

If I could change one thing about the world, then I would completely eliminate spiders. I know they eat a lot of bugs and insects but honestly they need to go. The poisonous spiders can bite people, causing either serious injury or death. Also, who enjoys looking up and finding a huge hairy spider crawling along their wall. They are scary, gross, and unnecessary. Having all spiders disappear could only be a good thing for the overall welfare of the planet.

drinking age

Should the drinking age be lowered from 21 to 18? hmm I don't really know. A lot of people believe it will cut down on underage drinking because people will be more likely to wait to drink until they are 18 rather than 21. I just think that there will be less underage drinking because fewer people will be underage. Honestly, I don't think it will make much of a difference. If people want to get drunk, they will do it wether it's legal or not.

last one

So this is blog number 10, the last one i have to write for this six weeks. Personally i'm not real sure how blogs help us learn the fundamentals of drafting...but hey who am i to say anything. whatever. um i'm pretty excited about spring break, even though I'm doing absolutely nothing still gonna be nice just to sleep in for a while. well i'm done.

so here i am....just hanging out. so i thought "hey why not write a blog that i have to anyways while im not doing anything else?" so that's what i'm doing. pretty much everyone in the class is playing 'real' some game kinda like halo but not really i guess.

What I did over the weekend

Friday night Zak came over and we ate Stuart's Hot Dogs and root beer and ice cream. Saturday we went prom dress shopping and then ate at Fazoli's. I couldn't find anything dress shopping but that's okay. I'm going tonight. Saturday night I went to my friend Katie's house and stayed the night. We woke up Sunday, ate doughnuts, and watched the movie Twilight. Then I went home, let my two dogs Lucy and Ruby outside, and then I went to dance. I came home and studied for the Biology 105 test today. And Desperate Housewives was a rerun, so I didn't get to watch it. : (

Well the past week we have been making games in drafting class. Mine is all about Frank Lloyd Wright. We are making them on flash but making it kinda like a power point almost. So far I'm really not sure how we are going to make them into games exactly, but that's ok. I'm almost done with most of making it, I just need to put in a few more pics and change a few things around. Then I will be done, finally.

Well this weekend was pretty boring. I didn't really do that much. I went to the Spring Valley, Cabel Midland game. We won by six...in triple overtime...for the third time this season. It was crazy, to say the least. Oh and I ate Rocco's lasagna at Zak's house. It was amazing as always. And Zak was kinda cool too. I guess. That's about it.

So yesterday my group was amazing at the quiz game we played. Most of the questions actually dealt with drafting stuff that's gonna be on our quiz tomorrow. However, the question about what magazines did Adam Sandler get in the mail in some movie he was in seemed a little out there to me...but hey, whatever.

So today we worked on having everything we need on our wiki for Monday, and since I missed this whole week pretty much to go skiing, I'm a little behind, to say the least. Which means that I don't have enough time to write a long blog. Later : )

Ok. So this is the blog that I was originally supposed to have done today. This week in drafting we played around on autocad for a little bit. It was ok, though not as fun as flash. I made a video on flash about a boat sailing across the waves then it tipped over and sunk. The person sailing it was floating on the waves when a really gigantic bird flew over and picked him out of the waves. And thats as far as I have for the time being.

Well... so apparently I was already supposed to have written something here and I guess somehow I missed that memo. But anyways, drafting is pretty cool. Except for the hand drawing stuff, that seemed fairly pointless to me, but hey, whatever. So other than that I have nothing else to say here. Oh and I hope this is good enough to count for an actual blog.
